Quick Twitch is a hands-on training program designed to inspire any competitor. Athletes seeking to improve their speed, agility, core training, strength & conditioning, explosiveness, footwork, running form, balance and flexibility can benefit by training on a consistent basis. Three to four days per week is considered to be an optimum speed-training regimen.
Quick Twitch derives its training techniques, drills and program designed from successful division 1 college programs and Professional Leagues of all sports.
